Governors
At North Waltham the governing body is made up of a number of representatives from the staff, the local community, the local education authority, parents and the head teacher.
Governors have a number of legal duties as outlined by the government. These duties include having financial, personnel and curriculum management of the school.
Governors are expected to undertake training and attend meetings.
As part of the governing body, parent governors are elected by other parents of pupils at North Waltham in a ballot. If you wish to put yourself forward for the role of parent governor then please give your details to the Admin office.
